SDH at HR Masters Summit 2023 in Bucharest

On May 23, 2023, Natalia Barashkova, HR Manager at SDH, attended HR Masters Summit in Bucharest.

The HR Masters Summit is an annual conference for HR professionals. Its purpose is to provide HR executives, professionals and practitioners with a platform for exchanging knowledge, best practices and insights on the latest trends and challenges in the HR field. The HR Masters Summit aims to inspire, educate, and equip HR leaders with the tools and knowledge they need to make a meaningful impact in their organisations. Summit was organized by Bucharest Tech Week.

Speakers claimed that employees work better and their productivity increases when recognised and praised.

According to Smaranda Gosa-Mensing, gender-diverse companies have more opportunities and are more competitive in the marketplace. Her research shows women's creativity drives innovation faster. The diversity team overperforms and provides a multidimensional approach.

Summarising, this event covered a wide range of topics, including the future of work, digital transformation in HR, employee well-being, data-driven decision-making, agile HR practices, and the role of HR in fostering diversity and inclusion. It was an excellent opportunity for our HR Manager, Natalia, to get new information and keep updated with recent trends.
